- Request that we delete your Personal Data subject to certain exceptions.
- Receive a copy of your personal data, if it exists in a digital format, and it is technically feasible to provide it in a portable format.
- Opt-out of selling your Personal Data (which we do not do), targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

You may make one request within any 12-month period. Typically, we do not charge a fee to respond to requests, although if we determine that the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee.
If we deny your request, you may submit a written appeal to the address and/or email provided above. We then have 60 days to respond to your appeal. If you are unhappy with the results of your appeal, you then have the right to contact the Texas Attorney General.
- Data Retention
NotwithstandinG your right to request that we delete your Personal Data, we will retain certain Personal Data for as long as the information is required for our legitimate business needs, the purposes for which the information was collected, or as long as is required by law.

Accordingly, and despite our reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of the Personal Data you transmit to us, or to or from our online Sites. - User ID and Password
