This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard Personal Data and Non-Personal Data on our website, applications, social media sites, and any other digital services and platforms we operate or use from time to time (“Sites”), as well as by phone or paper. In certain Sites operated overseas, the privacy policy displayed on those Sites, and not this Privacy Policy, may govern the collection, use and sharing of information.

    Privacy Policy complies with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”).

      We do not collect any Personal Data from or about minors under the age of 13.

  6. Your Rights under the TDPSA

    Under the TDPSA, you have the
    right to:

    • Confirm what Personal Data we are processing on you and to access your Personal Data.
    • Correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data, considering the nature of the Personal Data and the purposes for which we are processing your Personal Data.
    • Request that we delete your Personal Data subject to certain exceptions.
    • Receive a copy of your personal data, if it exists in a digital format, and it is technically feasible to provide it in a portable format.
    • Opt-out of selling your Personal Data (which we do not do), targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
  7. Exercising Your TDPSA Rights

    Once we have verified the authenticity of your request, we will respond to your request within 45 days, although we may extend our response deadline by an additional 45 days, depending on the complexity of your request. You may make one request within any 12-month period. Typically, we do not charge a fee to respond to requests, although if we determine that the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee.

    If we deny your request, you may submit a written appeal to the address and/or email provided above. We then have 60 days to respond to your appeal. If you are unhappy with the results of your appeal, you then have the right to contact the Texas Attorney General.

  8. Data Retention

    NotwithstandinG your right to request that we delete your Personal Data, we will retain certain Personal Data for as long as the information is required for our legitimate business needs, the purposes for which the information was collected, or as long as is required by law.

  9. How We Protect Personal Data

    We implement commercially reasonable security measures to help protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. We restrict access to Personal Data to certain companies who need the data to operate, develop, or improve our services. These third parties must follow TDPSA guidelines.
    Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure. Accordingly, and despite our reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of the Personal Data you transmit to us, or to or from our online Sites.

  10. User ID and Password

    Certain areas of the Sites may require the use of a user ID, email address, or password as an additional security measure that helps protect your Personal Data. To help you protect your privacy, these Sites have tools to help you log in and log out.

Linking to Other Internet Sites You should be aware that other Internet sites that are linked from the Sites or from an email message may contain privacy provisions that differ from the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
